Today, the borders of the forest inspectorate amount to 485 kilometers and extend to two voivodships: Opolskie and Śląskie. The cavernous forests through which nature paths run are still full of animals, and the rich history reminds trees hundreds of years old - monuments of nature. No wonder that these areas will attract enthusiasts of active recreation.
For years, field lessons have been conducted in the forest inspectorate, you can also take part in a trip with a forester. Many interesting events are organized in the Forest Educational and Tourist Board, an architecturally interesting wooden building constructed in the barn building from 1920.
Horses are an inseparable element of the landscape. They have been grazing here slowly for years, and at the sight of walkers they gracefully run to the pen and can be petted. They live on a fenced area of ​​over 5 hectares all year round. They are Polish horses, descendants of already extinct tarpans, wild steeds that were recently seen in the Białowieża Forest at the end of the 18th century.
